A Page for Bons CC - Sketch Challenge

Well just a quick post with a layout I did for Bons CC challenge, a sketch.....to create a layout based on this:
But also to include- a border of some sort, a 5x7" photo or larger, Kraft or raw chipboard and at least 3 sentences of journaling.

Heres my take:
Layout Title: Two ducks....

Supplies: Scenic route Kraft paper, American Crafts paper, Basic Grey Paper, Basic Grey Alphabet stickers, Sassafras Flowers, RW Laser Cuts birdies, American Crafts frame, Making Memories Bling Frame, Kaiser Rhinestones, Studio Calico Stickers, Making Memories teal photo ancors, brown thread.

Really happy with how this one turned out.
I'm on school holidays at the moment and life is a little bit hectic.....cant wait til things settle!

I did some decorating ...

Before we left to go overseas we had our bathroom done .... Completely gutted and revamped.

Now 'cos we were going overseas I was not allowed to go and buy 'pretty' stuff for it as we were leaving soon and what was the point.

BUT now we are back I can!! So I went out and about looking for some bits and pieces to match our feature tiles - teal/blue, brown and white.... Here's what it looms like now...

I had so much fun!

And I also have a couple of photos from the night of Louises wedding...just a couple that Fiona took on the night

It's been a busy weekend here, My Aunty was down for the weekend - so my weekend basically consisted of champers and scrapping (got one page done, guess that's something!) worked at Chandon on Saturday and then back to the apartment. Really nice to catch up :)

Today Clint's mum is having an arvo tea at her house with the family for my birthday (which is tomorrow) ... Should be lovely! Plus there is going to be nice scones with jam and cream there yum yum!

Then tonight I am going out with Jess 'the best' ha, for dinner. We met in London and this will be our first catch up since november !! Should be nice, I'm not sure where we are going yet, hopefully somewhere nice.

Tomorrow night Clint, some friends and I are going out for dinner for my birthday- I still need to book something in for that too.

Anyway, will update soon

Take care, xox

Bit overdue!

Well it's been a long time since my last update....since then life has been flat out!

I started back at school, 26 little grade ones .... They are hard work but very cute, although I put in long hours I do love it!

Valentines day has come and gone... Clinton and I didn't do anything too special , we moved back into our house so spent the day unpacking - haha.

I saw Rob Thomas twice in early feb...once at rod laver arena and the second time at day on the green- boy Iove that man he is just to brilliant !!!! The day on the green was a lovely day all my besties there, rob Thomas - haha , wine - just too perfect!

One of my besties got married in feb on the 20th...I was a bridesmaid. So the Saturday before myself and her sister organised her hens day ... We had it at a winery for lunch and a tasting and then rented a unit in portarlington for the night to play hens games and drink. Was a fun night.

The wedding was so lovely I wish I had pictures to share but nothing yet! It was just perfect ... Had a lovely day and feel very lucky to have been a part of it.

Been busy at chandon on weekends and teaching classes during the week. All the CHA goodies are coming in and oh my some very nice stuff, not good for the budget.

It has been nice being back in our house again...though I put all our furniture and decos back in the same spot as it was when we left...it's luke we were never gone :)

Michelle came over and helped me unpack and sort out my scrapping stuff - here's the end result

My trolley - all my paints, stamps, paper etc is in this (well in boxes ontop)

My bookshelf - all sorted I'm quite organised now

My new mm desktop organiser

My owl-y - goes with my pink theme

My desk (ignore the wine, haha was having a relaxing Friday night in)

Sneakys of pages I'm working on and nearly finished.

Oh I forgot to add that I got my copy of Entreartists magazine by Celine Navarro in France - here's the cover and the one page picture of my layout :)

Thanks for visiting, xox
