LOTS to share!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, where do I start since my last post?!?!?

Maybe this .....
Yep....it finally happened and I must say I am on cloud 9......I am so excited to be able to say that Clint is now my Fiance and we are engaged. A long time coming but my boy was worth the wait, xxx

Yes, so with that major news I am sure you can imagine there is soooo much running through my head right now.....including wedding plans, gee...unsure what I want or where to start. But its all good, for me the important thing is to enjoy this moment and how I'm feeling.
Soo ......other news.

At the end of October I went to Bons Scraps Retreat...had a ball with all the girls, loving this girly time and really appreciate having good company, scrapping time and lots of laughs. It's so lovely to meet online scrapping buddies in real life for the first time!
Some pages from the weekend, a record number for me for a retreat! 8 Pages!!!! Wowee I was on fire :o)

Layout title: Repulse Bay, Hong Kong

Also created to use Bons October Paper of the Month

Layout title: No Smile Maxy?
Created for Tara's Sketch Challenge for the Oct Cyber Crop at Bons

Layout title: 17 Years

I used Storyboard Kits - Camryn Kit for this layout....really wanted to scrap this photo although it was terrible quality....love the contents of this kit! A photo of me and my girls!

Layout title: Joss Sticks

A page just for fun, another Hong Kong page.

Layout title: Cable Car

This Basic Grey paper was perfect for this photo, really happy with how this one turned out.

Layout title: Love spending time, with good friends

This was a challenge at Bon's retreat, to scraplift Bon....I chose her Prima page of Lacey....where I lifted the clusters of embellies, the butterfly overlay, the square and stitching and the bulldog clips....I love, love, love this page!

Layout title: Temple at Poi Lyn Monastery

I really love how this one turned out, the colours, the misting and stamping and the little
embellies.

Layout title: Shrine

Some girly colours on a Hong Kong layout, using bits and pieces from my Storyboard kits.

I have just come home from another retreat....(yes I do treat myself to retreats when I can - I work hard and am a good girl so I'm allowed!).....

This retreat was in Lancefield with Mandy...and the girls from Weekends R Us and Paula's Scrapbooking Place.

Had a great time, but have been very sick for the past week with a shocking walrus like cough...hardly got any sleep and have really had a tough week. I got lots of different medicines, cough mixture, stepsils and seem to be picking up. Thank God!

Here are some layouts from this weekend...

Layout title: My Girls
This is a layout for Bons November Paper of the Month challenge....its the pink Basic Grey paper. Was nice to scrap some girly photos as I have been scrapping a lot of Hong Kong lately.

Layout title: Star Ferry
This page was created for Bons Scraps November Monthly Sketch. Extra criteria was metal (brads and flower), stamped background and handwritten title except for one word.
Layout title: Soul Sister
This is a page for Bon's Room of the Month for November...the room was an outdoor room and had a dominating colour of yellow, with a wicker brown....I used these colours as my inspiration and then added a few extra.

I really love this photo I took of Carmen and wanted to make a really special page from it....just to document how special her friendship is to me.
Layout title: Picturesque View
Just a quick page of another Hong Kong Photo.

So yeah, lots to share this post.....

I have so many things I need to do for school .... but feeling very creative at the moment thats definitely what I'd rather be doing!

Plans for the week ahead....

* School camp with the Grade 5's will be interesting thats all I can say.

* Doing a camera course in a couple of weeks, I cant wait to get the skills to take photos in settings other than AUTO mode.

* Christmas, oh my, I need to get organised.

Well thats all for now ... exciting, exciting!!!!

Take care
xxx
