Hi There Sunshine with Cocoa Vanilla

Anyways here is the layout I created:
  hi there sunshine - raquel
I decided to use the light woodgrain as the main patterned paper on this page. I loved the texture on the print and the contrast between that paper and pops of yellow and multi coloured florals.

I used a lot of my foam dot stash for this layout so that I could create different depths and dimension on my layout. I have foam dots the very in thickness which helps me achieve this.

I matted the photo on the yellow solar burst paper and the with the reverse side of that same paper that was remaining from the photo mat strip. I also added one of my favourite doilies from my stash.

The Sunshine wood veneer title originally said 'hello sunshine'. instead, I added the die cut word to say 'hi there sunshine' just for a different look. I am loving the floral ephemera in the pack. They are just so summering and fun!

I couldn't resist adding the fruit wedge as a paper layer to the right of the photo. Although it isn't watermelon it is still a fruit right! ha. I love the dimension that the die cut leaves were able to bring to the page when they you fold them and adhere them. They really pop out! I also did the same to the die cut hearts like the image below.

I'll be back soon to share more!
